ANTEM's new way of distance studying Romanian

Chisinau, 26 August /MOLDPRES/ – More than 20 journalists and public relations speakers of other languages will take advantage of distance learning the Romanian language, C1-level, launched today by the National Association of European Trainers from Moldova /ANTEM/.

The ANTEM Director Lucia Cucu said that the program aims at involving youth representatives of national minorities in the process of remote study of Romanian at an advanced C1-level, using educational materials developed specifically for this module, integrated e-learning platform: http: //.invat.antem.org.

According to the quoted source, training period lasts three months and involves, as beneficiaries, young people aged 18–35 years, ethnic minority representatives of ATU Gagauzia, Transnistria regions etc.   

Attending the event, Deputy Minister of Education Elena Cerna stressed the importance of project implementation for educational process, program where must be drawn into as many more young people.

At her turn, the head of Department of interethnic relations and functioning of languages ​​within Bureau of Interethnic Relations, Ludmila Burlaca, emphasized that lately, more and more representatives of 30 ethnic groups inhabiting our country expresses their desire to study Romanian.

The project "Integration of young people in society through distance studying" is realized with financial support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

The National Association of European Trainers from Moldova is a non-governmental, nonprofit, apolitical and has its aim at facilitating the integration of civic, socio-cultural and professional national minorities and promote tolerance through training and creating a favorable linguistic environment.
