Moldexpo center to host Tulburel festival, fourth edition, for three days

Chisinau, 7 October /MOLDPRES/ – At the International Exhibition Centre "Moldexpo", it was inaugurated the Festival of young wines, Tulburel, the fourth edition, which will last till 9 October 2016.

The General Director of "Moldexpo" Arcadie Andronic welcomed the participants and stressed that this festival aimed to preserve and enhancing the prestige of wines from Moldova and promoting the culture of wine consumption and became a true celebration in national style.

The chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergiu Harea welcomed the participants and said that the festival contributed to familiarize visitors with the variety of local, foreign wines and traditional dishes, as well as to national cultural traditions promotion. "Although it is in its fourth year, this festival, full of verve and good humor, has become a celebration preferred by the population," informed the cited source.

This year's edition includes about 100 participants, wine and food makers, as well as craftsmen.

Besides young wines, the visitors are offered a wide range of Moldovan mature wines supplied by such companies, like: "Migdal-P" in Straseni district, Cojusna village, “Vinuri Ialoveni” (Wines of Ialoveni), “Mold Nord” (Mold North) from Falesti, “Barza Alba” (White Stork) from Balti city, “Vinuri de Comrat” (Wines Comrat) etc.

The organizers also exposed for visitors many souvenirs, handicrafts in wood, articles of ceramic and textile in national style, handmade jewelry etc.

Tulburel festival is organized by "Moldexpo" in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and with the support of the Ministry of Economy.
