Town-planning in Residents’ Service, and topic related cultural events: an exhibition of photos, Chisinau and Lyon – Cities in Light, documentary film, Autopcity, and a concert of the band Gindul Mitei, within the project, „Luminează circul” (Light the Circus), at IPN at 10:00.

A book of arias and sentimental songs, „Dialogurile dragostei”, (Love Dialogues), volume I, music by famous Moldovan composer Eugen Doga and inspired from the moving love of the great Romanian poet Mihai Eminescu and Veronica Micle, is to be launched in Chisinau for the first time ever, at the Serghei Lunchevici National Philharmonic at 18:00.
