Also, the ethnic Azerbaijani of Moldova appealed to the international community, international organizations, the OSCE, the United Nations to take concrete measures against Armenia and to impose serious sanctions against it in accordance with the norms and principles of international law.

"We express our regret and sincere condolences to the families and relatives of the Azerbaijan victims and people. We firmly declare that we support the measures taken by the leadership of the Azerbaijani State to free our territories from occupation and to punish the aggressor. We are convinced that the Azerbaijani government will take all necessary steps to ensure the punishment of all those responsible for this bloody crime. We call on the leaders of the countries, the UN, the OSCE, the Council of Europe and the European Union to take decisive steps to get the Armenian to withdraw troops from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan and finally to stop being indifferent to the killing of civilians, elderly, women and children," says the statement of the Azerbaijani Congress of Moldova.
