Moldovan deputy foreign minister meets Italian ambassador

Chisinau, 14 August /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Lilian Darii received today, 14 August 2017, the Ambassador of Italy to the Republic of Moldova, Valeria Biagiotti, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry's information and media relations service has reported.

The two officials made an exchange of views on current issues of the bilateral agenda.

In addition, they elaborated on some aspects of the cooperation within the frameworks of international organizations. In particular, the interlocutors referred to the latest developments in the Transnistrian settlement process, taking into account that Italy is member of the OSCE Troika and in 2018 is to chair the Organization.
