The heat temperatures over 33ºC that have led to water fall in rivers will maintain throughout Moldova until the beginning of next week, when the yellow code of heat will expire.

During heat, physicians recommend limiting the duration of walks and sunbathing baths from 10.00-18.00, intense physical effort and suggest wearing lightweight natural cloths, long sleeves, and head caps with hoods and hats. Also, it is recommended to consume an average of 2-3 litres of not very cold water, warm teas, fresh fruits/vegetables, avoiding alcoholic beverages and containing caffeine.
