Chisinau, 24 August /MOLDPRES/ – Industrial company Introscope, specializes in producing electrical harnesses and modules for the automotive industry, announced that this autumn would expand its business and create new jobs.

The company that currently operates over 2,000 employees was founded in 1959, known as ElectroTociPribor, and became private in 2008. It is currently in the process of restructuring – modernization and developing projects of cooperation with German group Leoni AG and Japanese holding Sumitomo.

According to Valeriu Bodiu, General Manager of Introscope, in 2010, a new direction was initiated within the company – the production of electrical wiring and electrical modules for autovehicles. "We have assembled electric modules for Mercedez-Benz, Volkswagen, Volvo and Nissan. And since autumn 2017, we will launch a new project with a German company, so we will increase both the production volume and the number of employees," said Bodiu.

According to the source, the company has over 50,000 square metres of industrial space and it is constantly in search of employees including unskilled carrying out training projects for students of several institutions. "We have a lack of qualified and disciplined staff even if the leverage exceeds the average salary by 30 per cent," said Bodiu.

The current activity profile of Introscope includes the following areas: production of automotive wiring, metal and plastic and lease of industrial space for alternative projects.
