Forty nine Moldovans to get one-off allowances on supply with dwellings

Chisinau, 18 October /MOLDPRES/ – The Cabinet will offer MDL 2.04 million in the form of one – off allowances for the construction of an individual house, a cooperative dwelling, purchase of housing or restoration of old houses. Forty nine persons from nine districts of Moldova will take advantage of the benefits, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.

Especially, these are citizens who had suffered from the Chernobyl disaster, victims of political repressions and veterans, who did not benefit from preferential loans from financial institutions and were without housing on 22 October 2004.

According to the project, the Ministry of Finance will provide financial means to the local public administration authorities, based upon decisions of the special commissions submitted by them. Thus, districts: Cimislia receives MDL 772 thousand, Floresti – MDL 410 thousand, Chisinau municipality – MDL 205 thousand. The other part of the amount will be directed to the public administration authorities from Hancesti, Rascani, Falesti, Orhei, Leova and Straseni districts.

The financial resources will be allocated from the funds provided for in the state budget for 2017, with a total of MDL 7.8 million approved for that purpose.
