Deputy Prime Minister at European Business Summit: Moldova opens new opportunities for collaboration and development for investors
The Republic of Moldova opens new opportunities for collaboration and development for investors, becoming increasingly integrated into European value chains. Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Digitization Eugen Osmochescu made the statement at European Business Summit, held in Brussels.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the Republic of Moldova is undergoing a period of accelerated transformation, especially in areas like IT and digital services, which have seen significant growth.
"The support given to the business environment contributes to reducing the gap between urban and rural areas and facilitates the alignment of companies with EU standards for easier access to European markets. The government invests in grants for modernization and efficiency, and the digitization of public services is progressing, reducing bureaucracy and increasing transparency," said Eugen Osmochescu.
The official highlighted that Moldova demonstrates through actions that it is ready to become a member state of the European Union.
"Moldova is open to innovation, investments, and the future of Europe. Our country demonstrates through actions that it is ready to become a member state of the European Union, secure, modern, and well economically integrated," concluded the Minister of Economy.
Osmochescu was part of the Moldovan delegation, led by Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu, who paid a visit to Brussels on November 17-18.
