New opportunities for entrepreneurs from Moldova, Ukraine: business school to be opened in Chisinau
A business school for entrepreneurs from Moldova and Ukraine will be created in Chisinau. The initiative was discussed at a meeting of business representatives from the two countries. The event was organized by the National Congress of Ukrainians of Moldova (CNUM) and aimed to develop cooperation, exchange experience, and create new opportunities for entrepreneurs from both countries.
The new business school will provide programmes focused on developing business management skills, understanding the regulatory environment, using modern sales and promotion tools, as well as expanding professional networking opportunities.
The discussions were attended by representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine in Moldova and Romania, as well as representatives of the economic cooperation department of the Embassy of Ukraine in Moldova. Particular emphasis was placed on developing practical skills, sharing best practices and strengthening business relations between the two countries.
“The development of entrepreneurship and open dialogue between the business communities of Moldova and Ukraine create new opportunities for economic growth, cooperation and sustainable partnerships. Such meetings bring together the experience, ideas and resources needed to implement joint projects,” said CNUM president Dmitri Lecartsev.
In recent years, the presence of small and medium-sized enterprises led by Ukrainian entrepreneurs in Moldova has increased, contributing to the development of services, logistics, trade and creative industries. Ukraine stays one of Moldova’s main trading partners, accounting for approximately 11 per cent of the country’s total foreign trade.
