PHOTO // Made in Moldova space inaugurated at Eugen Doga International Airport – Chișinău: travelers can buy local products before flight
Passengers departing from the Republic of Moldova now have access to a new area dedicated to promoting local producers. Inside Eugen Doga International Airport – Chișinău, a Made in Moldova corner has been set up, where local creations intended both as gifts and souvenirs are displayed and sold.
According to the airport administration, the initiative aims to highlight products made in the Republic of Moldova and to offer travelers the possibility to take with them a piece of the country’s cultural identity. The space is located in the airport area accessible to passengers before boarding.
Made in Moldova area brings together a wide range of items and accessories created by local producers. The concept promotes objects made in limited series or in local workshops, emphasizing originality and national specificity.
Airport representatives stress that each product reflects the work and creativity of authors from the Republic of Moldova. The airport administration notes that the travel experience begins in the terminal itself, and the new commercial space complements the range of services available to passengers. The initiative is part of broader efforts to modernize and diversify the facilities offered to the public.
By arranging this corner dedicated to local products, the airport aims to support Moldovan entrepreneurs and strengthen the promotion of the national brand among those transiting the country’s main air gateway.
Made in Moldova space is available daily, and products can be purchased directly inside the airport, before the flight.
