Deputy Prime Minister meets Ambassador of Latvia to Moldova
On 19 November 2025, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri met with Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Moldova Edgars Bondars.
Discussions focused on the dynamics of processes in the Transnistrian region, the most current issues, Chisinau's approaches to resolving them, as well as the main directions of intervention by Moldovan authorities in promoting sectoral policies for the country's reintegration.
Chiveri thanked the Latvian side for its continued support of the positions promoted by Chisinau authorities and for backing the settlement process based on the respect of Moldova's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
