Moldovan parliament's standing bureau approves agenda for upcoming plenary meetings
The parliament’s standing bureau has convened and approved the agenda for the plenary meetings scheduled for November 27-28, 2025.
According to the parliament's communications and public relations department, on this period, MPs will examine the second reading of the state budget revision and the state social insurance budget for 2025.
Also, in the second reading, the lawmakers will examine the denunciation of the Agreement between the government of Moldova and the government of the Russian Federation regarding the establishment and operation of cultural centers, signed in Moscow on October 30, 2025; the ratification of the credit facility agreement between Moldova and the French Development Agency, Green Energy Transition Programme; the draft law on usage, conservation and protection of soil.
The parliament plenum will also examine, in the first reading, amendments to the Law on the National Bank of Moldova, which regards aspects on institutional governance. Similarly, the draft law on public procurement will be proposed for approval in the first reading, as well as a legislative initiative that involves the delineation of the warehouse and production regime in free zones.
On November 27, 2025, the parliament’s plenary meeting will start at 10:00.
