Prime Minister in discussions with Ambassadors of the Republic of Moldova
Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu participated in a meeting of heads of diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Republic of Moldova. The discussion agenda focused on foreign policy priorities, with an emphasis on strengthening economic diplomacy.
In dialogue with the Ambassadors, the Prime Minister emphasized the role of diplomatic missions in attracting investments, expanding exports, and promoting the economic interests of the Republic of Moldova in external markets.
“Diplomacy needs to build the necessary bridges for Moldova to confidently step into the European family. The stakes are high, and in the EU accession process, we rely on the heads of diplomatic missions and consular offices,” stated Munteanu.
According to the Prime Minister, in the coming period, authorities will work so that every European state knows what the Republic of Moldova has to offer - from quality products and well-trained specialists to quality services and investment opportunities.
“We will demonstrate that Moldova's accession to the EU will strengthen European unity and we will work so that every Moldovan citizen in the diaspora feels protected and connected to developments in the Republic of Moldova,” added the Prime Minister.
The meeting continued with thematic sessions dedicated to security, resilience, and cultural promotion. The event provides a dialogue framework for ambassadors accredited abroad and government authorities to exchange best practices and strengthen the Republic of Moldova's presence on the international stage.
