Evaluation report on integrity of prosecutor submitted to Moldova's Superior Council of Prosecutors
Interim Chief Prosecutor of the Policies and Project Management Section at the Prosecutor General's Office, Gheorghe Bors, has passed the evaluation. The Evaluation Commission has submitted the evaluation report concerning the ethical and financial integrity of the prosecutor to the Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP).
In the evaluation procedure, Panel F of the Commission thoroughly analyzed relevant information on the prosecutor's ethical and financial integrity. Based on the accumulated data, the Commission posed several written clarification questions, which Gheorghe Bors answered by presenting supporting documents. He also participated in a public hearing, which is available online.
The report was sent on December 30 to prosecutor Gheorghe Bors and the CSP, which is to take a decision to this effect. The document will become public after its review by the Council, the adoption of the corresponding decision and the expiration of the legal contestation period.
The Superior Council of Prosecutors is to decide on the Commission's proposal within 30 days.
