Judge of Moldova's Centru Court of Appeal fails external evaluation
The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today approved the reevaluation report prepared by the vetting commission regarding judge Ruxanda Pulbere and found her failure in the external evaluation.
The reevaluation process was initiated based on the CSM's decision from July 15, 2025. Following the analysis conducted by the CSM and the external evaluation commission, serious doubts were raised about the financial integrity criterion, because of significant discrepancies identified between incomes and expenses.
Thus, judge Ruxanda Pulbere did not pass the external evaluation, being barred from holding public office for a period of five years, without the right to a severance package.
