Meteorologists extend yellow fog alert in Moldova
Meteorologists have extended the yellow fog alert. It will be in effect until January 29, at 13:00, across the entire territory of Moldova.
According to the State Hydrometeorological Service, dense fog with visibility of 200 meters and less will persist over large areas.
Meteorologists warned that, due to the forecast fog and temperatures below 0°C, conditions would persist for the boosting and maintenance of black ice.
For the safety of road users, drivers are urged to drive with increased caution and to follow the rules for preventing road accidents.
