One more magistrate fails to pass external evaluation in Moldova
The Judges' Evaluation Commission announces that it has completed the evaluation procedure concerning judge Veronica Cupcea, interim president of the Orhei Court, finding that she does not meet the integrity criteria required by law.
The evaluation report was submitted to the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM), which is to examine the document and decide whether to accept or reject the Commission's recommendation.
According to legal procedure, the evaluation reports become public three days after the contestation period expires or after a final decision by the Supreme Court of Justice is pronounced.
