VIDEO // Good news for notaries
The Ministry of Justice has launched an information system for inheritance and will files. The announcement was made by Minister of Justice Vladislav Cojuhari, who emphasized that the platform offers quick, safe, and efficient access to the necessary information.
The new registry allows notaries to register succession and will files, verify existing information, and extract data in a few clicks, directly from the computer via the browser.
“The system is interconnected with government registries, including the State Population Registry, which allows for quick access to authentic information and avoids procedural overlaps. Thus, citizens from any corner of the world can request information from the registry through the e-Services portal, while keeping the electronic signature safe,” said the cited source.
The Minister emphasized that the system contributes to the efficiency of notarial work, reduces the processing time of files, and increases the quality of services.
Representatives of the Digitization and Judicial Administration Agency showcased the platform's operation, highlighting its advantages for professionals and citizens.
