Moldovan PM on visit to Belgium, Luxembourg

Chisinau, 29 March /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Pavel Filip pays a working visit to Belgium and Luxembourg on 29-31 March.

According to the government’s communication and protocol department, the official will meet his Belgian counterpart Charles Michel and President of Senate Christine Defraigne, Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel and Speaker of Luxembourg Mars Di Bartolomeo.

On 31 March, Filip will attend the third meeting of EU-Moldova Association Council. A progress report on implementation of EU-Moldova Association Agenda will be unveiled at the event.

Also, the premier will have meetings with many European officials, including President of the European Council Donald Tusk, Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and other European officials. At the same time, Filip will meet Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg.
