It will be implemented in three stages starting with 01 July 2017. Firstly, the structure of the public healthcare system will be reorganized, including several agencies and subdivisions in the system. However, the National Agency for Public Healthcare will be created, where all the subdivisions with health control functions will be merged, the National Centre and the Territorial Public Health Centres, the National Centre for Health Management and the National Council for Health Assessment and Accreditation.
