Moldovan parliament announces competition to select candidate for director position of National Anticorruption Centre

Chisinau, 19 October /MOLDPRES/- The legal commission on rules and immunities announces a competition for the selection of candidate for director position of the National Anticorruption Centre, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.

The commission adopted a regulation on competition for selecting candidate for the director position of the National Anticorruption Centre.

According to the regulation, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

- holds citizenship of Moldova and is resident of the country;

- has higher legal education and a legal work experience of at least 10 years;

- has an impeccable reputation;

- is not and has not been a member of any political party for the past two years;

- has no criminal record and speaks Romanian;

- is medically fit to exercise duties;

 

The file will include the following documents:

- copy of identity card and of the attachment;

- copy of diploma;

- copy of work card;

- two letters of recommendation;

- certificate issued by the Justice Ministry confirming that he is not a member of any political party;

- criminal record;

- health certificate issued by the authorized medical institution.

Candidates will submit their files on 19 October-29 November at the secretariat of the legal commission on rules and immunities: Stefan cel Mare Street, No 105, office 926.
