Chisinau, 26 October /MOLDPRES/- The legislative amendment on the 10-per cent-increase in salaries of employees in the budgetary sector will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 27 October.
Under the document, over 120,000 employees in education, culture and art institutions, healthcare and social assistance, physical culture and sports, science and innovation will benefit from it.
The wages of servicemen, policemen, employees of national defense, state security and public order will be increased too.
For employees in education, the increase will take effect on 1 September 2017, and for those in other fields - starting from 1 January 2018.
