Building of Moldova's Academy of Sciences introduced in register of monuments protected by state

Chisinau, 21 December /MOLDPRES/ - The building of Moldova’s Academy of Sciences (ASM), which dates back from 1951-1955, has been introduced in the Register of the monuments protected by the state. The parliament adopted a decision to this end.    

At the same time, Register of monuments from Moldova protected by the state was completed with the Mansion Cristi-Korotnev, Jewish Cemetery from the Vadul-Rascov village and St. Elijah Church from the Albota de Sus village.      

The assigning of the status of monument to these real estate assets has the goal to preserve the authenticity and turn to good account these elements of the national cultural and historical heritage.
