National roads passable in winter conditions

Chisinau, 9 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- The State Road Administration (ASD) announced that for the time being, the national roads are passable in winter conditions.

Patrolling, anti-skid and snow removal works are carried out on national roads in all areas of the country.

"371 special vehicles and 340 roadmen were involved in the process in the last 24 hours. The following were spread: technical salt – 3977.5 tons; mechanized anti-skid material - 878.5 tons; manual anti-skid material – 424.7.4 tons. In Cantemir 3 regional roads are blocked: G131 R35 – Bobocica section – G132; G134 R34 – Doina – Coștangalia – G132; G135 Ciadîr-Lunga – Congaz – Dimitrovca – G131. The intervention teams are mobilized in these sectors to fix the situation in the shortest possible time", the ASD said.

Road traffic on national roads is under winter conditions.
