PAS MP submitted resignation request

Chisinau, 16 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- PAS MP Galina Sajin has submitted resignation request. It is to be examined by parliament.

The request sees "personal reasons" for resignation. The decision by which the deputy's resignation will be acknowledged and by which a mandate from the PAS formation will be declared vacant will be examined by the Parliament.

Under the legislation, the vacant mandate is assigned to the immediately next substitute on the list of the party, socio-political organization or electoral bloc for which the deputy whose mandate was declared vacant ran.
