Foreign affairs minister has meeting with Head of EU Delegation in Moldova

Chisinau, 7 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldovan diplomacy head, Mihai Popsoi, has had a meeting with Head of the European Union’s Delegation in Moldova, Ambassador Jānis Mažeiks, the Foreign Affairs Ministry’s (MAE) press service has reported.   

At the meeting, the officials discussed the reforms implemented by Moldova, in the context of the European integration way. Minister Popsoi informed Ambassador Jānis Mažeiks that the country appreciated the generous assistance provided by the European Union to Moldova.   

„The strategic vector of the Moldovan diplomacy stays the European integration. At the same time, we will turn to good account all opportunities of promotion of the national interests on the bilateral and multilateral dimension.  

The head of the European Union’s Delegation assured us of EU’s every support for the implementation of the reforms assumed by Moldova’s authorities,’’ Minister Popsoi said.
