EBRD to offer 600,000 euro-grant to Moldova

Chisinau, February 15 /MOLDPRES/- The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will offer a grant worth 600,000 euros to finance technical assistance for the implementation of Moldova Solid Waste project. An agreement was ratified by parliament.
The grant is intended for consulting services.
The project aims to implement the national infrastructure development program related to the solid waste management process. At the same time, equipment and machines for transport, sorting, recycling, composting will be procured, as well as the activity of unauthorized waste dumps will be stopped.
