Moldovan PM has meeting with Ambassador of China

Chisinau, 19 February /MOLDPRES/ - The implementation of bilateral projects and ways of advancement of the Moldovan-Chinese cooperation today were discussed at a meeting of Prime Minister and Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China Yan Wenbin, the government’s communication department has reported.

The sides referred to the importance of the continuous boosting of the economic and commercial relations between the states, as well as to perspectives of turning to good account the Chinese investment potential in Moldova, with emphasis on the electronics and agricultural sector. The commercial turnovers between Chisinau and Beijing are on the rise and China is the third biggest commercial partner of Moldova.

The meeting’s agenda included also subjects of common interest, among which the speeding up of the transition to the green energy, development of new technologies and the cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector.
