Five candidates for office of member of Equality Council to be put forward for appointment in Moldovan parliament's plenum

Chisinau, 18 March /MOLDPRES/ - Five candidates for the position of member of the Equality Council will be put forward for appointment in the parliament’s plenum for a five-year period.

According to the parliament’s communication and public relations department, the candidates were selected following the organization of a public contest. It is about Carolina Bagrin, Ian Feldman, Victorina Luca, Andrei Lungu and Gheorghina Drumea.

The contest for the selection of candidates for the office of member of the Equality Council was held in two stages and 14 people were admitted to the interview event.

The Equality Council is a collegial body made up of five members. The current members were appointed to office in 2018.
