Moldovan president expressed gratitude for solidarity, additional financial support from Norway

Chisinau, May 7 /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu met with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre during her visit to Oslo. The head of state expressed gratitude for the solidarity Norway has shown over the past two years and for the additional financial support of 30 million euros, announced today.
The official said that the grant would help strengthen energy security and improve education sector.
"Moldova appreciates the generosity of the Norwegian people, who have supported us in crucial moments to overcome many challenges we have faced and are helping us strengthen our resilience," the head of state said.
