Strengthening of Moldovan-Romanian partnership discussed with leaders of Romania's parliament
Prime Minister Vasile Tofan has held discussions with President of the Senate of Romania Mircea Abrudean and President of the Chamber of Deputies Sorin Grindeanu.
The talks focused on strengthening the partnership between Moldova and Romania, supporting the country’s European path and continuing the projects that have already been launched.
The PM expressed gratitude for the active role of the Romanian parliament in supporting the European integration of Moldova and for the legislative support provided to joint initiatives over the years.
“The partnership between our countries is based on a clear vision: projects that improve people’s lives and a common future in the European Union. We will continue working to turn these priorities into reality,” said the Moldovan prime minister.
