Christmas Fair in Moldovan capital to open on 5 December

Christmas Fair, organized in the center of the capital will open on 5 December. The announcement was made today at the weekly meeting of the Chisinau City Hall services.

Capital's mayor Ion Ceban has instructed the responsible parties to carry out the necessary actions for holiday preparations.

"We are in the middle of November. The winter holidays are coming soon. For December 5, I ask that everything necessary be prepared for the launch of both the fair and the Christmas Tree, as well as all matters related to visual aspects and infrastructure for organizing these holidays," said Ceban.

The Christmas Fair in Chisinau is traditionally inaugurated at the beginning of December and usually lasts until mid-January, during which time residents and guests of the capital can enjoy a diverse program of activities dedicated to the winter holidays.
