Moldovan parliament speaker conveys message on International Labour Day

We celebrate the value of work and hardworking, dedicated people on May 1. We should work tirelessly every day for a peaceful and prosperous European Moldova. Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu today conveyed a message to this end, on the occasion of International Workers' Day.

According to the speaker, today is the day we pay tribute to all those who work with dignity, courage and perseverance.

"On May 1st, we celebrate the value of work and hardworking, dedicated people. It is a day when we express our gratitude to all those who work with dignity, courage and perseverance, regardless of their field or location. It's about our Moldovans at home and in the Diaspora, who bear further the good name of honest work," said Igor Grosu.

The official urged people to work tirelessly every day for a peaceful and prosperous European Moldova.

"We thank those who build, educate, care for, create, transport, innovate, and, above all, those who don't give up. We wish you all health, recognition and strength to work! We should work tirelessly every day for a peaceful and prosperous European Moldova," stated Igor Grosu.

Today, Moldova marks the International Workers' Day. The holiday is dedicated to acknowledging the efforts and contributions of each worker to the country's development.
