War veterans from Moldova to get one-off aid

Chisinau, 6 May /MOLDPRES/- The World War II veterans and invalids will receive one-off financial aid amounting to 10,000 lei each on 9 May, the Chisinau city hall informed today.

The 305 veterans from Chisinau will benefit from the assistance. Also, another 310 persons described as participants in the World War II will get 5,000-lei aid each. At the same time, 325 people, surviving unemployable wives or husbands of participants in war, who died on the battlefield or war invalids, will benefit from 1,000-lei assistance each.

Beneficiaries may get the money at the Moldindconbank bank branches today upon presenting the identity card or the money can be raised by other persons based on the power of attorney.
