Moldovan state tax service warns citizens not to let themselves deceived by alleged tax debts

Chisinau, 13 April /MOLDPRES/ – The State Tax Service (SFS) warns all citizens who receive debt messages for a certain tax period: these messages are not distributed by the SFS.
"In this context, the State Tax Service notified the competent bodies, in order not to fall into the scam: DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY on any required account! If you call the phone number of the sender, then you risk being charged with the unmotivated call," says a tax statement.
The citizens are asked to address any SFS office with their identity card to get information on their tax situation.
