Chisinau, 4 May /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Pavel Filip had a meeting with the leadership of enterprises: CRIS Registru, State Registration Chamber, Cadastru, Civil Status Service and Licensing Chamber, which will merge with the Public Services Agency. Filip asked the management of the enterprises to get involved in the process of transformation, contributing to achievement of the expected goals, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The premier noted that business processes were to be adjusted over time, but at present, no process has to lose its quality. “In the team you will find the most advantageous way to improve the processes and increase the quality of services provided to the citizens”, he said.

He also pointed out that the number of certificates issued to citizens would be optimized in the future. “People should not stand in a row, losing time and money to get various certificates. All information about the citizen is found in the State Registers. The only document the citizen needs in relation to the state is the identity card”, he said.

Filip was sure that the single office principle would reduce the number of procedures, and the quality of services provided to the citizen would significantly increase. This model is successfully applied in the Baltic States, Georgia, Luxembourg, France, Germany and other countries.

The Public Services Agency was set up in accordance with the provisions of the Public Administration Reform and action plan on reform of public service modernization for 2017-2021.
