Moldovan government's line on state control records over 560 calls in first semester

Chisinau, 12 July /MOLDPRES/ – The Service monitoring state controls within the State Chancellery registered 563 calls, out of which 12 international calls on the Government's state control line (022) 823-823, during the first semester 2017, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The most frequently asked questions were the consultations on the regulatory framework for state control. It is worth noting that both the number of calls and the number of accesses of the public portal https://controale.gov.md decreased gradually during the mentioned period.

This is explained by the transition period and the institutional reform of the control bodies, which is manifested by the decrease of the number of controls and their advisory character, thus the pressure on the economic agents is lower.

The informational portal https://controale.gov.md was accessed by users from both Moldova and abroad: Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, China, the United States of America, India and Italy.
