Meteorologists announce snowfall in upcoming days in Moldova

Chisinau, 12 December /MOLDPRES/ – The cold weather during the night, positive temperatures in the day, variable sky and low snowfall in the whole Moldova – these are weather forecasts for upcoming days.

The synoptic coordinator at the State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS), Valentina Benzin, has mentioned to the agency that the weather in the following days, but also in the weekend, will be characterised by thermal values ranging from 0ºC – +03ºC, during the day to the north, and +01ºC – +05ºC in the centre and south areas. At night, mercury in thermometres will drop below zero and will reach average – 05ºC throughout Moldova. On Thursday, 13 December, it is expected snowfall across Moldova, with the weak northwest wind.

In Chisinau, this night it will be – 02ºC, and it will be recorded + 02ºC on 13 December.
