Deputy PM for European integration meets new German Ambassador to Moldova
Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov has had a meeting with new Ambassador of Germany to Moldova, Hubert Knirsch.
The discussion focused on the progress made by Moldova on the European agenda and the priorities for the upcoming period.
In the context, Cristina Gherasimov thanked the Berlin authorities “for supporting our country in the transformation process, including through the strengthening of public institutions and the implementation of regional development projects, as well as for backing the European path of Moldova.”
Hubert Knirsch has held the position of ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Moldova since September 2025.
