
13 people targeted in criminal case on building affected by fire in Durlești
13 people involved in the process of document preparation, authorization, construction and receipt of the property in Durlești, affected by the fire on May 16, are being investigated. They are being searched and will be questioned by CNA officers.
According to the CNA, the case opened for corruption-related offenses involves officials from Durlești city hall, Chișinăuproiect enterprise, former employees of the Technical Supervision Agency, the Directorate of Emergency Situations, as well as the site manager, designer, technical manager, construction beneficiary, landowner, and other individuals who might have mediated the construction process.
The CNA announces that it has already issued orders to recognize 10 people as suspects.
