Over 50 teachers of the Interior Ministry’s (MAI) Stefan cel Mare Academy   today were awarded diplomas, ranks and distinctions at a festive event dedicated to Teachers' Day.

During the event, Interior Minister Daniella Misail-Nichitin said that, through each lesson and every guidance, the institution's teachers instill discipline, respect, and responsibility, preparing young people to serve their country with devotion and contribute to the safety and well-being of citizens.

‘’Thank you, esteemed teachers, for the effort and energy you invest daily. You are building a solid academic environment, where excellence, rigor and teamwork become benchmarks for every student. The results of your work are visible in each graduate who wears the uniform with pride and in every employee of the internal affairs system who is already doing his/her duty,’’ said Daniella Misail-Nichitin.

The Interior Ministry’s Stefan cel Mare Academy was founded 34 years ago. It is institutionally and scientifically accredited, aligned with the educational standards of the European Union and is subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Research and the MAI. The Academy trains specialists for administrative authorities and institutions under the MAI and other law-enforcement bodies of Moldova.
