Yellow Code of frost extended in Moldova till April 13
The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) has extended the Yellow Code of frost for April 10-13.
According to meteorologists, on the aforementioned interval, in the nighttime and morning hours, ground frost and isolated air frosts with an intensity of up to -5°C are forecast.
“Because of the forecasted frost, it is recommended to avoid exposure to cold in the morning hours and to wear appropriate clothing,” indicate the meteorologists.
In case of Yellow Code, the weather conditions are potentially dangerous; the meteorological phenomena are usual for the country’s territory, but can temporarily become dangerous for certain social and economic activities.
