The National Museum of Art of Moldova hosted the launch of the book 'Harmony of Matter', signed by sculptor Dumitru Verdianu. The volume takes a journey into the author's artistic universe, reflecting on the creative process, the significance of forms, and the dialogue between material and idea.
The event brought together art critics and colleagues, offering the audience the opportunity to discover the artistic thinking and philosophy behind the works signed by Dumitru Verdianu.
Dumitru Verdianu is a sculptor born in the Republic of Moldova, known for his monumental works and his contribution to the development of contemporary fine arts. A graduate of 'Alexandru Plămădeală' School of Fine Arts in Chișinău and the Academy of Arts in Saint Petersburg. His works can be admired in public spaces in Moldova and abroad, and his activity has been honored with several national and international awards. He is a member of the Union of Fine Artists of the Republic of Moldova and other prestigious professional organizations.
