Speaker Igor Grosu is attending Black Sea and Balkans Security Forum. The event is held in Bucharest, Romania.
During the meeting, the official will be the keynote speaker in two panels. The first is dedicated to the situation in the Transnistrian region, while the second is related to the consequences of Russia's hybrid war on the Republic of Moldova.
On May 22-23, Bucharest is hosting the ninth edition of the Black Sea and Balkans Security Forum - an international security conference, in a regional format, bringing together guests with extensive professional experience from various countries to discuss risks, threats, and vulnerabilities in the Black Sea and Balkans region.
The event provides a platform for discussions, analyses, and exchanges of ideas on the most complex topics in international relations, defense policy, and the current regional security context, marked by the war in Ukraine and its implications for regional and global security. It is organized by the New Strategy Centre, with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of National Defence of Romania.
