The standing bureau of the parliament today approved the agenda for the meeting due on April 17. The MPs are set to pass a resolution to establish the date of the parliamentary elections - September 28, 2025. The parliament will also consider, in the first reading, an initiative that provides for exempting victims of domestic violence from paying the state fee and stamp duty in asset partition cases and other property disputes, as well as the draft law for Moldova’s accession to the Convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters, adopted in The Hague.

The MPs will also discuss proposals to amend the Family Code, the initiative stipulating that Moldova will participate in the increase of capital of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as well as the simple motion on the policies of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development.
