AIS MOLDPRES signed collaboration agreement with Teleradio-Moldova company

MOLDPRES State News Agency (AIS MOLDPRES) has signed a collaboration agreement with the Public Institution 'Teleradio-Moldova' Company (TRM). The agreement provides for the exchange of information and best practices between the two public institutions to strengthen relations in the media.

Through the a greement, TRM and MOLDPRES are committed to promoting issues of common interest such as European integration, regional development, culture and education and combating propaganda.

The agreement was signed by AIS MOLDPRES director Vitalie Hadei and director general of Teleradio-Moldova company Vladimir Țurcanu.

Vitalie Hadei, AIS MOLDPRES director: 'Signing the collaboration agreement between Moldpres agency and Teleradio-Moldova company is necessary to ensure a more complex presentation of Moldovan realities to the benefit of our readers, radio listeners and viewers. The agreement will enable the exchange of information and resources between the two institutions, in order to cover foreign events concerning our state and diaspora. The collaboration between Moldpres and Teleradio-Moldova, two public media institutions, will be based on promoting European values, to contribute to achieving the constitutional goal on European integration of Moldova. I am sure that this cooperation will enhance public confidence in the public media institutions of Moldova'.

Vladimir Țurcanu, TRM director-general: 'In the current context, where European integration of Moldova is a national priority, strategic partnerships between media institutions become more important than ever. The signing of this collaboration agreement between Teleradio-Moldova and MOLDPRES is a natural and necessary step towards consolidating a transparent, credible and citizen-oriented information space.

Our collaboration will support the exchange of relevant information and good journalistic practices, contributing to the continuous professionalization of journalists and the diversification of information sources available to the general public. It's an initiative that not only reflects our joint commitment to quality and authenticity in journalism but also our determination to serve the public interest in a balanced and responsible way.'

Under the agreement, the two institutions aim to collaborate efficiently, develop joint projects and improve the accessibility of information, so that the citizens of Moldova benefit from balanced and extensive media coverage reflecting the realities and aspirations of our state.
