Another judge of Central Court of Appeal failed external evaluation

Judge of the Central Court of Appeal Marina Anton did not pass the external evaluation conducted by the Judges' Evaluation Commission.

According to the report submitted to the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM), the judge did not meet the integrity criteria required by law.

The evaluation is part of the external verification process of judges' integrity, stipulated by Law no. 252/2023. Among the 18 judges of the Central Court of Appeal included in this process: seven received proposals for passing the evaluation, and the reports have been submitted to CSM; three received proposals for failing; and eight reports are currently underway.
