Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns Russian attack on Sumy
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova firmly condemns the attack launched by the Russian Federation on the Ukrainian city of Sumy, which resulted in dozens of casualties, describing the action as an unacceptable act of violence, especially in the context of the upcoming Christian holiday.
The Ministry expressed full solidarity with the Ukrainian people, reaffirming Moldova's support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
“We stand alongside those who defend life, dignity and the values that unite us as European nations and as humans: faith, respect for fellow humans and commitment to justice,” the statement reads.
