
Moldova Agroindbank leader in banking performance rating in Moldova
Chisinau, 2 January /MOLDPRES/ - The commercial bank, Moldova Agroindbank stock company, remains on the position of leader of the banking performance rating, worked out by the Expert-Grup Independent Analytical Centre.
According to experts of the Centre, Moldova Agroindbank (MAIB) holds the biggest share on the market in terms of loans portfolio from the banking system; the bank has a high profitability of the capital and registers good results in other indexes as well.
The outcomes of MAIB’s work for the period January-November 2017 were assessed based on 11 indexes, grouped in five categories: capital, liquidity, assets’ quality, profitability and market indexes.
Moldova Agroindbank had the best results on all the Moldovan banking system in last November. Thus, on 30 November 2017, the share of MAIB assets stood at 27.7 per cent, the share of net loans – 32.5 per cent and the share of deposits – 29 per cent.
